SGU-10-SGU-10 - Fully-automatic Compression Strapping Used where productivity levels require both highspeed packaging and where a compressible load requires applying two straps simultaneously while the load remains under compression. Common applications include a variety of paper and graphic arts products.

Incorporating the Samuel VK series strapping head to provide the strapping function, the SGU-10 has the highest uptime of any strapping machine in the industry. With three AC motors to provide the feed,tension and cam rotation functions, the VK heads have no clutches or mechanical brakes. This combined with heat-seal technology delivers unmatched reliability.

When combined with the integrated turntable and pallet void-feeder options, the SGU-10 can provide 2 x 2 or 4 x 2 strap patterns on postal-type or traditional wooden pallets.
