SLP25-Samuel SLP-25 Compression Strapping Machine Samuel’s standard lumber press offers a rugged modular design that has made it the machine of choice for demanding mill environments. Structural steel tube makes this machine the strongest and heaviest in its class and allows it to resist torsional stresses during compression. The machine can be custom designed to suit your specifications, with up to 25,000 lbs top and side compression available to suit the needs of your product. Automatic bunk carriage magazines and flat fibre edge protector dispensers ensure complete package protection and total automation. Safety warnings, instruction labels, warning tape, top platen safety pins and a service lockout at the control panel ensure the safety of operators and maintenance staff alike. The SLP-25 can be outfitted with a sealess G9 head for steel strapping or a VK30 heat seal head for polyester strapping. This versatile system can be further enhanced by adding a jumbo dispenser to handle 1000lb steel coils or 160 lb jumbo polyester coils. The SLP-25 can also strap panel products with the panel option installed.
