SDT-20R - Automatic Side and Top Belt-drive Random Case-sealer Used where product is packaged in cases of random sizes, the SDT-20R provides reliable carton sealing with standard pressure-sensitive tape in either 2” or 3” width. The SDT-20R is specifically designed to handle cartons where length to height ratio creates a potentially unstable load. The top belt-drive system ensures that carton remains square as it transfers through the machine. Once the carton is packed and the flaps are folded closed, the operator need only push the carton into the machine and it will seal the flaps closed. The machine automatically senses the load size and adjusts accordingly. The removable EZ-load tape heads make reloading at the end of a tape roll very simple - no threading tools are necessary.
